Wilkinson Signature Homes was founded on the belief that every home should be thoughtfully designed and built to the same standards Conor and Gianna would expect for their own family. That philosophy guides every decision, bringing together beautiful design and thoughtful functionality to create luxury homes designed around the way people truly live.
As a husband-and-wife team, Conor and Gianna bring together their expertise in construction, design, and real estate. Conor leads the construction and building process for each home, while Gianna leads the design and market strategy.
Together, they stay closely involved throughout each build, bringing a hands-on approach for every build.
CONOR WILKINSON

Raised in a family of home builders, Conor was introduced to construction at an early age. Originally from New Jersey, he began his career building luxury homes alongside his family throughout South Jersey and on Long Beach Island.
After moving to North Carolina, Conor founded Wilkinson Signature Homes to carry forward the values and approach to building he learned from his family. Today, he leads the construction of every home, staying closely involved and carrying those same standards into each project.
When he’s not building, Conor enjoys running, going on hikes with Gianna and their golden retriever, and serving as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
GIANNA WILKINSON

Gianna has always had a passion for homes, design, and bringing ideas to life. With a background in design and years of experience in real estate, she brings a perspective that considers not only how a home looks, but how it lives, functions, and ultimately connects with buyers.
At Wilkinson Signature Homes, Gianna leads the design vision for each home while overseeing the business operations. She is also a luxury real estate advisor, working with builders, sellers, and clients relocating to Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area.
Originally from New Jersey, Gianna now calls Lake Norman home with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, spending time outdoors, and dreaming up the next house project for her and Conor to tackle.

Having construction, design, and real estate work together from the start allows us to create homes that feel cohesive, intentional, and thoughtfully built down to the smallest detail.
Rather than simply managing projects, Conor and Gianna stay personally involved throughout every stage, ensuring each home reflects the quality, care, and attention to detail they would expect in a home of their own.
